Our Safety Principles
The basics that guide how Inveniire is meant to work.
Zero tolerance
We do not allow fraud, harassment, hate speech, sexual solicitation, extortion, or illegal activity.
Keep it on Inveniire
Messaging and payments must stay on Inveniire to preserve accountability and access to support.
Clear agreements matter
Buyers and providers should agree on deliverables, timelines, revisions, and pricing before work begins.
Reporting
How to raise concerns on the platform.
Report concerning content or behavior using the “Report” option or by emailing [email protected] . Our team reviews reports and may take action such as warnings, content removal, account restrictions, or permanent bans depending on severity.
Emergency situations: call 911 or your local emergency services first. Once you are safe, report the situation to us and we will review and assist however we can on the platform side.
Cancellations & Refunds
Simple refund rules while the platform is still early.
Refund decisions are based on whether the provider delivered what was agreed to in the order terms.
Refund eligibility
- Full refunds only: if the provider does not deliver what was agreed upon in the contract or order terms, a full refund may be issued.
- 10-day refund window: refund requests must be submitted within 10 days after the order is completed.
- After 10 days: once the payout release window passes and funds are released to the provider’s connected Stripe account, refunds may no longer be available through the platform.
Important
- All cancellation requests and refund requests must remain on Inveniire to ensure accountability for both buyers and providers.
- All charges must remain on Inveniire for refund eligibility.
- If payment happens off-platform, Inveniire cannot issue refunds for that transaction.
- The safest way to reduce scam risk and preserve support options is to keep payment on the website.
Identity & Verification
What verification looks like during the MVP.
Government ID verification is not required directly through Inveniire for the MVP.
However, providers may be required to complete Stripe verification to use provider payout functionality and connected selling features on the platform. Stripe handles its own required Know Your Customer (KYC) and payout verification steps.
In the future, Inveniire may introduce additional optional verification tools to strengthen trust and give users more ways to confirm identity.
Prohibited Conduct
What is not allowed on Inveniire.
To maintain a fair, safe, and responsible community, the following are not permitted on Inveniire:
- Requesting, encouraging, or accepting off-platform payments
- Offering or promoting illegal services or prohibited content
- Engaging in fraud, scams, impersonation, or deception
- Sharing or distributing malware, phishing schemes, spyware, or surveillance tools
- Engaging in discrimination, threats, abuse, or harassment
- Using the platform in ways that create safety risks for other users
Violations may result in warnings, content removal, account restrictions, or permanent removal from the platform.
